    • MOST filters are made to order and nonrefundable. This is due to the fact that there are millions of different sizes of filters on the market. Please call with any questions. It is critical that the customer measure their filter(s) correctly. Please call prior to ordering. WE CAN HELP!
    • It is critical that you measure your filters correctly.
    • If in the event you order by part number and your filter does not fit please call us immediatley. WE WILL make it right. Customers are very important to us and we serve our customers.
    • Authorized return items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
    • All items must be returned in the original packaging/containers.
    • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
